BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY
DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS, WE HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE TO BE FAIR TO ALL CLIENTS. WE ASK THAT ALL CLIENTS RESPECT AND AGREE TO OUR POLICY BEFORE ENGAGING IN SERVICE FROM US.
• A non-refundable booking fee is taken on all appointments at the time of booking. The booking fee is based on your service type and will either be $20-$50. Your booking fee can be held for your next appointment or used towards the service fee of that day. Booking fees are held for all new and ongoing appointments at The Lash & Brow Studio, including clients on payment plans.
• Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your service. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask that a minimum 48 hours’ notice is provided. Should you change, reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee is lost and NON-REFUNDABLE.
• We have a strict no show policy. If you do not show up to a confirmed appointment, you will lose your original booking fee. When setting your first appointment, a $50 service fee advance is held as a non-refundable booking fee and is redeemable after your completed appointment.
• Cancellations are accepted only by text message or Instagram direct messenger. During appointments, we do not answer the phone, so please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we are not with a client. Please note this could be at the end of the same day. Your written communication serves as a time stamp to be fair to you.
• Simply saying you were not aware of our cancellation/refund policy will not be accepted as you must read and agree to it to when booking your appointment online.
Appointment Policy
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your booked appointment time. This allows you time to relax, use our amenities and remove any eye make-up if you forgot NOT to wear eye make-up that day.
For new clients, this provides enough time to fill out new client forms.
• If you arrive late, unfortunately, your appointment will not be extended.
• Phones must be on silent during your appointment.
• Avoid caffeine intake prior to your appointment so you can relax.
• Due to the nature of our work, hazardous equipment used, and insurance guidelines, it is not appropriate for children or friends/family to accompany you at your appointment. If you bring a child to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and this will result in your booking fee being forfeit.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure every client is happy and satisfied with their beauty enhancement and our service. Since beauty is highly subjective, we always include an in-depth consultation before any treatment.
Our provided consultations, services and aftercare are highly thorough, which means no refunds will be given under any circumstances for all services provided by The Lash & Brow Studio. This includes the unfortunate event of allergic reactions.
No refunds or returns on all beauty products due to health and safety standards (unless the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer).
We offer you a Lash Love Guarantee! As long as you follow our after care instructions, we’re confident that you’ll fall in love with your lashes, or we will fix them for free. If you are not 100% happy with your result, schedule a touch up session within 3 business days of your original appointment, and we’ll give you a free touch-up service within those 3 business days to ensure you’re satisfied. If you contact us and book a corrective touch up outside of the 3 business days from the original appointment, fees will apply.
